I ordered from this company and I received clothing with holes in the fabric. I reached out to them even sending them pictures of the packaging and the holes in the clothing. The tags were still on the item also. I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. Fine. The quality, workmanship, and customer service are sub-par. I'm just so glad to know this before investing large amounts of money in their products. While these items photograph well, they are not indicative of what is actually being sent out. A representative on Instagram responded to me by sending a video of the inspection process. That means nothing to me because I received damaged goods. I didn’t even want to return it. I was simply hoping to exchange it.
I continue to get these automated messages that I know no one is reading or caring about.
