We encourage you to shop confidently! However, we understand that sometimes items may not be quite right. For international orders, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly received items. In case of other reasons for product returns, following guidelines need to be followed –

Products will be considered for return only if it is unworn and in perfect condition, and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted.

Return Shipping: If you're unhappy with the product, you'll need to arrange the return shipping yourself. The cost of forward shipping along with duty levied will be deducted from your refund.

Customs Duties: Due to import regulations, you may be responsible for additional customs duties and taxes upon return. We cannot predict the exact amount or when these charges might occur. Customs duties can vary, but typically fall within the 40 to 60% of the order value.

Refundable Amount: Refunds will be issued after deducting the actual forward shipping charges and applicable customs duties or taxes.
