I am extremely disappointed with the service from this brand. I ordered a specific kurta set, and not once, but twice, I was sent the wrong product. The first time, I received an entirely different kurta set, and the second time, I was sent a white shirt instead of my order.
This level of repeated carelessness from such a reputed brand is unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction. What’s worse is that this experience has left me frustrated to the point where I no longer even expect anything better.
I hope the brand takes such issues seriously and works on improving their logistics and quality checks. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here until they resolve such basic issues.
